Skua-Ribquest looking
to expand dealerships
Skua-Ribquest are keen to expand coverage throughout the UK and are currently in talks with potential dealerships in the South West and Scotland. Ribquest sales & and marketing consultant Gary Watts explained "Being based in the middle of the country is not always convenient for potential customers to come and view our Rib's or visit the factory. We very often get asked if we have any outlets in coastal area's, so ideally it would be nice to have a presence at strategic points around the UK. This is something we are keen to address in 2012.

Skua-Ribquest to Sponser Oliver Rofix
Oliver RofixHaving conquered Britain by sail in 2011 in his renovated 18ft yacht 'Jolly Olly', Leukemia survivor, Oliver Rofix is now on a quest to take his story to the remotest parts of the UK in a Rigid Inflatable Boat. He intends to complete this journey in 4 short months starting in May 2013 and has gained committed and provisional sponsorship from many high profile companies and celebrities alike. When asked how Ribquest came to be involved, Ribquest's sales & marketing consultant Adam Taylor replied " Olly came to talk to us whilst we were exhibiting at the Southampton Boat Show and asked if we would like to look around his little boat. We were absolutely bowled over by his inspirational story and what he had achieved in such a small vessel. He then went on to explain his ideas for the next challenge and asked if we would be interested in supplying him with a RIB as he preferred Ribquest due to the seafaring qualities of our boats. Following relaying his story to our directors it was a unanimous decision and we pledged our full support." Ribquest is very much looking forward to working with Olly during 2012 and 2013 in raising funds for his chosen charity and helping him design a RIB to his own specifications. Oliver is still in the process of bringing together sponsors and finalising arrangements, however, if anyone is interested in supporting him, or you wish to follow his story, please visit olivers-travels.co.uk or email him at oliverstravels@hotmail.co.uk
